Pilot & Co-Pilot
The three kids in the back seat.
Paul and my parents decided they were going to stop at Maddox to get
some lunch. We had to stop at the rest area so we just met them there.
It seems like it took forever to get their food.
We ended up leaving and headed to Sconecutter because we had told Damian we were going to be there at 1:00 and now it was going to be 1:30. I was starving by the time we got there but of course it was delicious as always. After lunch we headed to our hotel so that we could get changed for the temple. That's when we found out the pool was closed. We were kind of ticked but was like whatever. We then had to wait for Paul to go to Walmart because Matthew forgot to bring any church pants with his church clothes. So finally we headed to Provo around 3:30.
I took this right as we got to the temple and were walking from the parking lot that we parked in. We actually got into line about 1/2 an hour early. So that was nice.
Waiting in line. Everyone was still happy at this point. The wait ended up not being as bad as I had heard it would be. Some people had waited up to four hours to get through the temple. We only had to wait about forty five minutes before we started into the temple.
The rest of our group that I didn't get in the first picture.
The start of the tour. They even wrapped mom's wheelchair wheels with plastic wrap. They have it worked out to a science though so she didn't even have to get out of the chair.
The outside of the temple. So gorgeous.

Of course we had to get one of just Rachel by herself.
After that we ended up eating at Chuck A Rama. We headed back to the hotel and were happy to see that they had the swimming pool back up and in working order. I was watching the BYU men's vball game and then we went to the pool. The kids of a ball while the adults hung out talking and soaking between the hot tub and the pool. It was a great day.
