Eating Peanut Butter

So when Scott's home with Rachel he likes to try different things with her. They decided to have peanut butter and honey for lunch one day. Scott tells me that she loves it. So here are the pictures proving she likes to eat peanut butter and honey.



I'm completely shocked Scott gave this to her since he hates anything sticky. Looks like it was a sticky mess to clean up. :-)

Check Me Out I'm Cool

We were heading out the door and the last few times Rachel has decided she wants her sunglasses on. It so cute. She used to not like wearing them but I'm guessing she has gotten use to them and now when going outdoors she likes to wear them. She's just so cute with them on we had to get pictures of her.

This is Rachel giving her Dad Knuckles. Its so cute because she puts up both her knuckles and will hit your knuckles with both of her knuckles. I don't know where she learned this from but it's really pretty cute.

Looks like a Silo

So we started heeding the words of the apostles and we are starting to become self reliant. So this is our water storage tank. It is a 275 gallon tank. I laughed as I followed Scott home from picking this up at my work. The way he decided to put it in the back of the truck just reminded me of a silo. So I think it looks like a silo and it just made me laugh so hard every time I see this picture.

So this is how it looked in the back of the truck.

It's actually in our garage and this is what it looks like. It has two spigots to make it easy to empty the tank or to get water out of the tank to be used.

Its as tall as the door but it only takes up as much floor space as a 50 gallon water drum. We totally love it.

Where are your Toes?

So Rachel's speech Therapist was at our house last night and they were working on following directions. When Kristin asked Rachel where is your head she touched her head. When she asked where is your shoulders are she pointed to her shoulders. Well when Kristin said, "Where are your toes?" Rachel said, "Hiding!" We started to laugh so hard because yes they were hidden in her cowboy boots. She was right. I'm still laughing about it today. So funny and such a smarty.
