Rock A Bye Time
I love when Scott works for several days and then ends up doing the stay up all day to watch Rachel while I go to work. I love it because most of the time she will pick Scott to take her upstairs to rock a bye before bed. So this was one of those nights. It's so cute to see them like this:
Never fails they fall asleep and I usually have to go in and wake up Scott to put her in her crib to sleep. She sure does love her daddy time.

Visit from Grandparents & Great grandparents
So Scott's parents and grandparents came to visit us the first weekend in November. It was lots of fun. I had to work over in Poky doing the Pharmacy Fair and had my parents meet up with Scott's parents on Friday so they could bring Rachel back to Boise and I would get back that night after I was finished with work. We really just had a nice relaxing weekend with Rachel of course entertaining us all weekend. Friday Night we ended up going to eat at Rockie's Diner. It's a sixties diner here in Boise. As Rachel came over to the table she saw me and said, "Oh it's my Mommy!" "I'm so glad your home." I think she was really worried I had left her when she came back to Boise not with me. It was so cute and totally melted my heart to hear her say that. Here are some of the pictures we got of the weekend.
Hanging with Grandma Tracy. She found this weed and wouldn't give it up.
Scott's family 4 generations picture.
I think it's totally awesome that Rachel has four generations on both sides of the family. She is one lucky little gal to have this.

Ward Trunk or Treat
These are the pictures from the Trunk or Treat from Halloween. Read the Halloween post to know how Rachel did at it.
Enjoying the hay bale. We could hardly get her to turn around because she was so intrigued by it all.
Having fun.
These are Kammi's kids that went with us. From left to right: Morgan, Josh & Ben

Halloween 2011
HAPPY HALLOWEEN
For Halloween we got Rachel a Monkey costume. She's been pretty funny with it. If you ask her what she is going to be for Halloween, sometimes she says "A Monkey" and other times she says "A Banana Peel". I laughed so hard when I heard that. She thought she was going to be a banana peel because her costume has a banana coming out of the pocket. On Friday October 28th I took her to our ward's trunk or treat. I of course forgot the camera. She went to three trunks and then was saying, "I want to go back to the van!" She was done and not getting this whole trick or treating thing. I was finally able to get her to go all the way around once but that was it. She had a few meltdowns when people would put the candy in her bucket and not put it in her hand so she could put it in her own bucket. Scott and I decided that we had to take her to both of our works so everyone could see her. That was a good choice because that was all she had in her in. They came to my work and I dressed her up and took her around. These are the pictures from my work. The 2nd office she went to was Glenda's and she gave her candy and an apple. You can tell she was excited about that. She had actually wiped off her nose already. She didn't like having the make up on her face.
A good picture of her costume.
Ali gave me some silly putty but when it started to string like this I wasn't sure what to do so I just gave it back to mom.
Thanks Ali your a charm for giving her this. Love Mom:-)
Totally pouting in Patty's office because mom wouldn't let me have the M&M's Patty just gave me because I had already eaten a sucker and a Reece's Peanut Butter cup in the last 10 minutes and she wanted me to eat my dinner.
Rachel ran out into the hallway and said, "FINE I will eat my apple instead", to Scott and I. I really didn't think she would because we have never given her a whole apple we have always chopped it up for her. Well........
as you can tell here, she can eat it whole. I was so shocked. She eat all but a 1/4 of the apple before we made it to Chili's to eat dinner. Yes she even eat her dinner at Chili's which was completely shocking with how much candy and food she had eaten already. I guess she was hungry.
Scott and Rachel before we walked into the ER doors.
Showing off for daddy's co-workers.
I'm not quite sure why she went to hid in the corner but she was hanging out making Scott's co-worker Melissa laugh. We made it to three people and by this time she was being totally and completely grumpy so we decided not to push our luck any more. All that candy and she wanted to eat it all and we were trying to keep her from eating it all.
When we got home though there were packages in the mailbox for Rachel.
The dracula teeth came from Aunt Jamie. She wasn't quite sure how to keep them in her mouth.
Whew finally got them in and able to stay in.
My loot. Grandma Tracy sent me the movie "Elmo goes Boo" and Jamie sent me a goodie bag with flesh fries, spider rings, and a bracelet. I love getting packages from people.
