Lexi's Dance Competition

So Lexi had a dance competition here in Poky.  They spent the night because they had to be out at Century High by 8:30.  They weren't dancing until 10:30 so we told them we would just meet them out there.  Before they left though I got the pleasure of helping put in the hair extension that they needed.  I couldn't believe all that went into getting ready for this thing.  I was silently hoping inside that Rachel wouldn't want to do competitive dance.  So expensive and I'm not a good dance mom.

Rachel wasn't feeling very good and so I turned to see her leaning on her cousin Hallee.  Hallee was so good trying to help her to get to a comfortable position.  It's great to have cousins shoulders to lean on.

This was the hip hop dance costume.  They just got those boots this morning of the competition.  They all did pretty well considering they had never practiced in them.  We didn't stay to see who won because it was about three more hours and Rachel was getting bored.

We got home and Rachel started to try and do some dance moves.  She's pretty funny some of the moves she tries to do.
