Voicemail Concert

Scott was super excited about finding out Voicemail was going to be doing a concert in Idaho Falls.  He got us tickets and we actually ended up on date night.  We had Ashley watch Rachel for us.  We went up to Idaho Falls and decided to try out some of the buy one get ones we had from our book.  We went to a sports bar but it was dumpy looking and looked more like a bar then we wanted to be at.  So we ended up going over to Smitty's pancake house.  The food was alright.  I wouldn't rave about it.  We got out of there around 6:45 and headed to the auditorium.  Everyone was jammed into the hallway waiting for them to open the doors.  They were late getting started and so we stood there for about fifteen minutes waiting.  We ended up together with Scott's medical assistant Amanda who was on a date with her boyfriend.  The concert was really good.  I had never heard them in concert and was so surprised at how "old" they look now days.  I was still thinking they were going to be young college guys.  Nope!!!  Most have been out of college for twenty years.  They are all grown up and have kids getting ready to leave on missions.  So other than the shock of them not being young it was a great concert.  They were really funny and their arraignments are amazing.  It's crazy to think they do it all acappella.
