Krispy Kreme Donut Field Trip

Today for Rachel's preschool we got to go to Krispy Kreme Donut.  The teacher had to split up the kids because there are to many to go at the same time.  So all the morning classes went at 8:30 to Krispy Kreme.  Rachel was so excited.
Running around before everyone got there.  She was so excited for every friend that showed up.

Rachel listening to the lady about how they make the dough.  They all got to touch the dough also and she thought that was so cool.

Rachel's class lining up so everyone can get a donut.

 Eating her donut.

Rachel's friend Aubree with her mom Amy.

Aubree and Rachel found something fun to do before we left.  They were spinning each other on this stool.
After the donut shop we ended up going to see the reindeers that are at the Cloverdale Funeral Home.  It was fun to be up close and personal with the reindeer.  The kids all got to touch Prancer the newest reindeer that they have there.
Rachel was trying so hard to have patience but she wanted to just run up to it so bad.  I did get her to wait in line even though it about killed her.

Here she is getting to pet Prancer.

The other two are called Whimsy and Bullwinkle.  They are a little bit more aggressive and so they don't let the kids touch them.  They told us that their hoofs are in the shape of a shovel so that they can get through the snow to the moss for food during the winter.  Rachel of course already knew this because she watches Dr. Seuss.
